This Privacy Policy explains how RPS Trades, a d/b/a of Reed Property Solutions LLC, collects, uses and protects information you share through rpstrades.com, by phone, by email, or through our document upload links.

- Property owners: your name, phone number, email address, the service you request, project details, and any quotes, estimates or documents you choose to send us.
- Providers and applicants: company and contact information, trade and category, license numbers, insurance carrier, and the insurance, business and proof-of-crew documents you upload.
- Website use: basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting and security providers.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and connect you with the provider you ask about.
- To review provider applications, including insurance, licensing and proof-of-crew documents.
- To communicate with you about your request, application or project.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
Automated tools and AI
RPS Trades may use automated tools, including AI, to help organize and review information you submit. A person makes all approval decisions.

How we share information
- With providers: when you request a service, we share the details needed for the provider you ask about to contact you.
- With service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form processing, email and secure file storage. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- When required: to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights and safety of RPS Trades, our users or others.
We don’t sell your information to data brokers or advertisers. When you request a service, we share your details with the network provider you’re connected with so they can contact you. Providers pay RPS Trades a fee when they are hired through the network.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal or record-keeping requirements, or to resolve disputes. Provider documents are kept for as long as the provider is part of the network and for a reasonable period afterward.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including private, access-restricted storage for uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please black out Social Security numbers and other sensitive personal details before uploading documents.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
